Question : hi,
last year I ran for half marathon about 20 km,since then my lower part of my left & Right leg is paining.
I undergo for an digital x-ray but nothing is being observed.
what could I do.do I need to consult orthopaedic specialist.
please suggest.

Hi there.
Thanks for the query.
Since you are doing unaccustomed activity like suddenly running a marathon, your bones were not prepared to bear the stress. This is the reason for the pain.
I would advise you to keep the limb elevated. Apply ice thrice a day. Take Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day after meals for 5 days and Tablet Rabeprazole twice a day before meals for 5 days.
Avoid running, jogging for 15 days .
If possible, do upload your Xray for my review.
