Could be spinal anal stenosis or slipped disc .

Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
In my opinion this kind of pain occurs when you have compression on the spinal cord like spinal canal stenosis of slipped disc. I suggest you get MRI of Lower spine to confirm the diagnosis.
I suggest that you start painkillers ,muscle relaxants and physiotherapy in the meantime.
