Question : Hi - I have pain in my sinuses accompanied by pain in many muscles and extreme fatigue. I slept almost 20 hours yesterday on and off. I feel like I cannot be motivated to do anything. One of my ears is painful and I have had a dull headache for 4 days. For the past few years I have had issues with inflammation caused by a guardia infection, it has had many side effects and I am not sure if linked at all. I am currently on Marvelon and Zoloft for Anxiety.

You are probably suffering from acute sinusitis.
please get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done and send me the reports.
Take tablet paracetamol for pain and fever.
It is not a side effect of giardiasis.
Also get a thyroid function test done.
The ear fullness is also due to sinusitis only
Follow up with the reports so that I can prescribe you accordingly.

One other thing I neglected to mention is my urine is extremely strong and my diet has not changed at all. Anyway this could be linked?

You might be having urine infection causing these symptoms. Get a urine microscopy done and send me the reports.
