default
Posted on Thu, 7 Jul 2016
Question: Hi! Thank you for inquiring about me. As it turns out I have developed something new. I have very extreme muscle pain like a grip throughout my chest, back, upper arms and legs, and neck and a head ache. It is so bad I can hardly move. I also have severe reflux. I have sent a note to my doctor. I have no fever or fatigue. I can only breath shallow because of the pain or grip? Any thoughts?

Brief Answer:
Oral muscle relaxants and electrolyte rich fluids will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain that you have is likely to be due to muscle spasm- can be related to decreased fluid intake or an electrolyte imbalance. Taking rest, hot shower and mild pain killers with muscle relaxants will help. The shallow breathing is likely to be due to the muscle spasm.
I hope this answers your query.
