Suggest Treatment For Severe Nausea After Taking Phendimetrazine

Question: Severe nausea but no vomiting. I think it might be a side effect of Phendimetrazine I'm miserable. It's ruining my Christmas. I didn't take one this morning. What can I do to relieve this nausea? I can't even sit up I'm so miserable I want to cry
