Hi and thank you for asking on HCM!

You are reporting to have had nausea cold and cough this week.

Your symptoms seems to be related with viral infection.
This is why to my opinion you need to use:
- anti emetic derugs like primperan
- PPi like prilosec otc
To get relieve from cough and cold you can use:
- carbocistein syrup
- achetaminophen pluc vit C.
During this time it is nessesary to take plenty of liquids and take rest.
