Brief Answer:
Most likely gastritis and dyspepsia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.

Most likely your wife having dyspepsia overlapping gastritis.
Gastritis results in inflammation of mucosal layer ofgastrointestinal tract. This causes pain in abdomen and other symptoms like nausea and vomiting.

Urinary tract infection is characterise by burning sensation on urination along with increased frequecy and urgency and incomplete voiding of urine. You have not mentioned any of these symptoms apart from that UTI would be reflected in urine routine and microscopy test also.
So symptomatically case does not loo like to be a UTI rather it is most likely gastric in origin.

Investigation suggested are-
Stool routine and microscopy.

Treatment-
Nexium 40 mg twice daily(control acidity)
Domperidon 30 mg once daily (control nausea )
Probiotic twice daily(improve overall digestion)
Stop Nitrofurantin( causes severe nausea)

If rine or stool microscopy is positive for infection a course of Azithromycin(A pack) can be taken along with Tinidazole.

Please attach reports of your urine test with follow up query.
Take light food for few days.
Drink lot of electrolte rich fluid(cause of headache is electrolyte imbalance).Take orange juice and coconut water.
Keep your self hydrated.

In case of any othe query feel free to question.

Regards.
