Question : Stiff painful neck for 4 days. Yesterday low abdominal pains and low back pain started. Last night fever brought chills. 101 last night 100 today. Should I go to a 24 hr clinic?

You probably have a viral infection responsible for these symptoms. Best way forward is to get some rest, drink much fluids and take tylenol 1000mg every 6-8hours for effective fever control. Resolution would be complete within 7-10days.

There is no need for a doctor's visit at this time. Also, stop Aleve and go with tylenol-for safety reasons.
