Question : My neck has fused it self. I am in a lot of pain because YYYY@YYYY this after several falls. Not sure what the answer is?

At your age it is normal to have such degenerative changes in the spine. The fusion causes compression of the nerve roots causing the pain. This needs a surgical decompression of the nerves. Medicines and physiotherapy are not likely to help you much. You need to consult a spine surgeon for this.
