Brief Answer:
Physical therapy

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You are asking if there are any homeopathic medications that will help you with balance issues from your neuropathy. Unfortunately there are no such medications in homeopathic or allopathic medicine. The true answer to improve your balance is a long and extensive course of physical therapy.

In therapy you will work to increase your core body strength. Without good core strength you will ne too weak to perform any activity. Once you core strength is improved then you can start with the balance exercises you therapist suggests. I recommend that you talk with your doctor to help find a physical therapist who works with rehab and balance issues. This therapy may take weeks if not months and will be hard work, In the end though you will feel better and have less chances of falls. There are no quick or easy ways to help you.

I know this is not what you wanted to hear from us but this is the only true way to improve your health and your balance. There are no quick or easy ways to help neuropathy associated balance problems

I hope I answered your question. Please contact HCM again with your health care concerns and questions.
