Suggest Treatment For Severe Outer Ear Pain

Question : My outer ear has been causing me considerably pain and I have not received any treatment for it from my doctor as I am on medical. "unfortunately there is only so much we can do with your medical coverage" is the typical response from "doctors" whom I have seen at clinics.
My outer ear has a dark discoloration at the edges and a hard crusty appearance. It is extremely painful and almost debilitating. I have added photos for you review. Please respond as I am anxiously awaiting your diagnosis.

Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I have also seen the pictures.
I think it looks like an infection.
The infection must be damaging the tense cartilage and the skin.
This is possibly causing the cream.
You ideally need to be treated with antibiotics and antifungals.
Very properly, you need drainage of the lesion and culture of the drainage.
Is there a possibility for that?.
Please respond so I can further my advice accordingly
