Question : I'm in severe pain due to my leg being caugh in a silage auger. I was wondering if I could possibly consult a doctor online

If you are in pains because tramadol is no longer effective in controlling the pain, I will recommend that your doctor should evaluate the treatment. You may need higher doses or need another drug to be added for effective pain control. When on tramadol, please remember to increase fruits, fiber and vegetable intake as a means to reduce constipation which is common when taking tramadol.
