Brief Answer:
Declofen sodium tablets and voltaren gel

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms, Prolia injection tend to have a wide range of frustrating side effects . you need to weight if the benefits from the injection is worth taking it despite its side effects if you consider taking it again. these side effects lasts in average for 2-3 months but may last up to 6 months .
you need to check on your calcium level as Prolia tends to cause low calcium level . if your calcium level is low you will need calcium supplements.
for the ongoing pain you need an analgesic as declofen sodium once daily together with the application of voltaren gel on the areas that hurt.
