Question : I am a 66-year old male. Yesterday, suddenly, I had extreme pain and burning in the penis. Shortly thereafter, I developed a fever that went from 99.6 to 101.3 to 101.8. I do have a history of kidney stones. With the fever came diarrhea, dizziness, loss of balance, and feeling like a truck ran over me.

Brief Answer:
Possibleuroinfection
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome. I am sure your wife wants best for you and this is not so bad idea to have antibiotics and Uricalm, however, it would be better to take another antibiotic, called Ciprofloxacin, and you should do tests that include urine analysis, urinoculture and kidneys ultrasound. Urical can be taken, you should also drink plenty of fluids, raspberry tea and paracetamol for fever or pain.
Wish you good health. Regards
