Brief Answer:
Due to fusion of cervical spine there will be adjacent level arthritis lead

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I have studied your case,

Due to fusion of cervical spine there will be adjacent level arthritis leading to pain burning and cold in both hands.
MRI cervical spine with contrast will help in diagnosis.
EMG-NCV nerve conduction study will help in diagnosing level of nerve compression.

If you do nothing compression may increase burning and weakness.

Due to compression of nerve there can be Para paresis.
Pain management program may not work after few months.
As you are already on lot of medication for this, now nerve root block may help you more.

Till time physiotherapy may help like TENS and matrix therapy.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
