Brief Answer:
Doppler ultrasound and CPK levels

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

If there is a history of DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) then swelling , warmth and tenderness of the affected limb should be determined. If there is even slight suspicion then a Doppler (both arterial and venous ) ultrasound of the lower limbs should be advised. INR, even though therapeutic should be rechecked. If there is a clot while being on warfarin then the therapeutic range can be increased or warfarin can be switched to rivaroxaban in consultation with your doctor. CPK levels should also be checked.
If none of the above is found then NSAIDS with muscle relaxants can be given for the pain relief.
