I have gone through your query. You can take pain killer tablets like Ibuprofen(NSAID). You can also use topical hemorrhoid creams like proctosedyl ( cinchocaine,hydrocortisone).
Sitz bath is also good for pain relief. Taking stool softeners like lactulose or cremaffin is good also. If no improvement then you should consult your surgeon for surgical management.
