It looks like Fissure in ano.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description,it looks like Fissure in ano.
Almox C+ is an Antibiotic which has little role to play in Fissure.
I prescribe Anal cream containing Diltiazem to my patients with similar complaints. The response is very good.Apart from medicines, dietary habits have to be changed. You should take high fiber diet, drink plenty of liquids ,eat fresh fruits and vegetables. I saw good results in people who stopped Non vegetarian food.Your stool should be soft.In spite of these,if the symptoms persist ,I will go ahead with Simple surgical procedure like Lateral sphincterotomy which has given excellent results.
Please consult your surgeon, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly..
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
