Question : I'm having alot of pain in my back. Swelling on the left side. Very uncomfortable. My urine smells really bad and has no color.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted your pain in back with foul smelling urine could be due to presence of stone either in kidney or ureter and needs to be confirmed .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem
1) Do you have other urinary symptoms like burning ,frequency .etc ?

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis

In the meanwhile start taking take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime 200mg Twice Daily for 7 days and pain killers like Tab PARACETAMOL Twice daily after foood for next 2-3 days and Cranberry juice for urinary alkalinizing .

Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Since this are all prescription drugs so you need to get the proper prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water .To keep your urine dilute This will help to control difficulty in urination.

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
