Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Coccyx After Injury

Question: I have pain in coccyx from 5years from falling down on the floor. I feel pain when I sit up for awhile and set up. I went to hospital and they gave me krtzon but still the pain what should I do. thanks

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are having coccyxdynia( coccyx pain) . Sometimes it takes long time to in pain relief and difficult. Its treatment is hot sitz bath( seating in a tub of warm water) for nearly 15 minutes in morning and evening. Avoid sitting for long times and only use soft seat for sitting. Analgesic such as ibuprofen is helpful for pain relief.
