Brief Answer:
Decayed tooth in associated region

Detailed Answer:
Hi

As per your history, you might be having deep caries in associated tooth that requires root canal treatment or extraction depending upon the extent of damage. I would order for X-ray of associated tooth & proper clinical examination by a dentist to check for the cause of this problem. Until then, along with pain medication it would be better to start with antibiotic such as amoxicillin + clavulanate 625 mg twice a day along with diclofenac paracetamol combination twice a day.

Hope I answered your query

Wishing you good health
