Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Left-sided Lower Abdomen
Question: i have a reallt bad pain in my lower left side .it is not as sore while sitting but when i stand and walk it really is uncomfortable

As per your description, it looks like musculoskeletal pain. I prescribe Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside to my patients with similar complaints.
If there is no response, you should consult your doctor and get an Ultrasound abdomen. Left sided Ureteric stone or left sided Ovarian pathology etc can be excluded.
Sigmoid colonic pathology may also cause pain in that region.Please take high fiber diet, drink plenty of liquids. A Pre and Probiotic capsule will help in colonic disease.
