Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Lower Abdominal Area And Tiredness

Question : I just had a very severe pain in my lower right abdominal area. It lasted about 15 minutes, during which I laid down. i could detect no swelling or tenderness in the area. After the pain subsided, I got up and moved around a bit with no problems other than feeling very tired. After 40 minutes had elapsed, there was virtually no pain. Never had anything like that before but it seemed similar to descriptions I have heard of appendicitis (Istill have my appendix). What do you suspect might be happening?

I appreciate your concern

Appendicitis, diverticulitis, sub acute intestinal obstruction, UTI, urinary tract stone are possible with this presentation. The abdomen needs to be examined for any peritoneal irritation signs. Blood counts, ultrasound abdomen/pelvis, urinalysis can be advised to have more data to synthesize a diagnosis. Treatment would depend on the cause.
