Question : I have severe pain in my lumbar spine and buttocks despite taking all my pain relief meds. Also having trouble passing urine. Pain too in hips & legs.
Brief Answer:
indicates possibility of nerve compression
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have studied your case.
There is possibility of spinal nerve compression leading to lumbar pain.
Difficulty in urination suggest compression can be lower around cauda equina.
you need clinical examination immediately and further investigation like MRI spine and EMG NCV study.
Medication like methylcobalamine and gabapentin can help you better.
