Question : Pain in both shoulders. Cannot sleep. Started at 10 pm. Any ideas?

Pain in both the shoulders is likely to be due to a musculoskeletal issue. Overuse and wrong posture or a muscle spasm is likely. Do take a mild pain killer and do a hot compress. You can also get muscle relaxants prescribed from your physician for an early relief.
