Question : Woke up 3 nights ago with a slight pain under my sternum area,ever since then my stomach has been rolling n moving.it especially happen when I am laying on my back and then roll to my Side can feel it inside and with my hand ,not a twitch. Much larger

Hernia or prolapsed stomach to be determined by following exams....

Hi,

From what you reporting, possible hernia or prolapsed stomach are suspected. Further ultrasound and ct-scan of the abdomen is advised to determine the right cause.

Until you get those exams done, I advise to :
- take otc pain killers
- avoid lifting heavy weights or running abdominal stretching exercises
- take antacids after meal
