Brief Answer:
It can be rotator cuff syndrome or nerve entrapment symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to HealthcareMagic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through.

Based on the history you have shared, it's good that EKG and blood work up was normal. History is also suggestive of a local and musculoskeletal cause and less likely due to a systemic cause.

Based on the details of symptoms, it can be rotator cuff syndrome and local inflammation of muscles around shoulder at top of the arm bay be pressing on the nerve route and may be further causing the radiation of the pain to whole arm.

A detailed neurological or orthopedician review may be needed and Xrays and CT or MRI of the affected may be needed to narrow down the diagnosis.

Meanwhile Using analgesics like acetaminophen or ibuprofen may help for a while but more potent analgesics like tramadol or nerve pains suppressants like gaba pentins or duloxetine may be of more help. Physiotherapy will also help and in severe cases local steroid infections into tendons insertion areas may also be needed.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
