Question : I have horrible pain right below my breasts in the middle and in my back. I tried acid reducers, and tums. Nothing is reliving the pain.

Hello, Thank you for posting your question on HealthcareMagic.
The typical description which you have just mentioned is of esophageal spasm .
It is quite severe and will not be relieved by the usual otc acid redices .
I would recommend you to take Tab Esmoperazole 40mg daily half an hour before food for 10 days .
Avoid spicy and oily food.
Take the pill which I have prescribed at least half an hour before food.
It should respond .
