Brief Answer:
You should be evaluated....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Neck with numbness spreading into the right hand along with dizziness and spinning (vertigo) are suggestive of cervical spondylosis. Further there is a possibility of nerve compression. You should be evaluated further. X-ray cervical spine or MRI cervical spine along with 2D cervical doppler are performed to rule out aformentioned condition.

I will suggest visit to orthopedic surgeon / neurosurgeon for further clinical examination. These tests are ordered by surgeons.

Hope this helps.
