Brief Answer:
many problems

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
There are many problems that can happen with feet. A common one is plantar fasciitis which causes pain in the heel when walking. It tends to be worse in the morning, eases up a bit then gets worse with lots of walking or standing.
Arthritis is also common and this would show up as pain in the joints, possibly with swelling, but not always.
Plantar warts can also cause a lot of foot pain.
Please give me some more information about where her feet hurt and what makes it worse or better and perhaps I can help you figure out what is wrong.
