I have gone through your query but cannot understand clearly which bony arch you are talking about. I assume that you are talking about the arch of foot. Please confirm. I would insist you to elaborate on the problem including how long the problem has been there and if there are any aggravating and relieving factors.

You probably need soft padded (silicone sole) shoe. A clinical evaluation of your foot structure is also necessary. Hot compress and pain medication like Advil should provide relief. You may also benefit from taking methylcobalamine (a form of B vitamin) supplement once daily.
