Brief Answer:
Could be lumbar spondylosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel , Orthopedic surgeon.
You have pain in lower back , hips and lower abdomen on sitting and have difficulty in getting up.
In my experience this pain appears to be due to lumbar spondylosis with muscle spasm.
I would suggest pain killers , muscle relaxants and back exercises.
If you don't feel relief in a weeks time then please get an x ray of lower back.
I hope I have answered your question. Please feel free to ask any further question.
