Have constant pain, but much more when eating or talking, also have ear pain.
Brief Answer:
Seems to be related to Jaw joint..
Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome back..
As per your reply the pain seems to be related to some problem with the jaw joint that is causing ear pain and increased pain during chewing..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get a Panoramic x ray done that will help in ruling out the exact cause and will be treated accordingly..
As of now you can take painkiller like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac to relieve pain, take a soft diet, avoid excess mouth opening like while chewing, laughing and yawning..
Any further questions are welcome..
Regards.
