Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Knees
Question: I am 78 yrs. old and experience several health issues. The one concerning me the most is this: When I get up in the morning, I have a metalic taste in my mouth. I also experience severe pain in both of my knees which makes it hard to rise from a sitting position. This has be going on for a week. Please help me.

Hello dear. I understand your concern. So metallic taste most likely in your agw mme is due to increasing age which leads to degeneration of small nerves of mouth n tongue. Also mild infections of throat can cause metallic taste. Rarely, vitamin deficiencies also lead to this. Pain in knees is most likely due to osteoporosis which is degenerarion of joints in old age. You require calcium , vitamin d and vitamin supplements. An evaluation by xray of knee is helpful.
