Question : I am felling pain in my back side of my left hand, since yesterday evening due to bad sleeping posture

Pain due to bad posture will get relieved by skeletal muscle relaxant tablet.I prescribe Tablet containing Thiocolchicoside 4mg to my patients with similar complaints.
Apply hot fomentation.
Nothing to worry.It will come down.
