Question : I faced severe pain in the lower back yesterday and could not bend during the day. Application of Volini cream at night helped, but there is still a little pain. Should I visit a doctor?

Hello,

Severe back pain may be due to muscular pull or muscular sprain , it may be due to weight bearing or jerk .
You can do hot fomentation, applied Volini gel and take thiocholchicoside 4mg twice daily along with Acleclofenac for 3-5 days you will get relief , if not than you can consult doctor.
