Question : Hi I have Extreme pain on the right side lower just above the hip of my spine n the morning when you get out of bed. Movement makes you feel better. It's been happening for three days. I take Advil. It works very good yesterday but today I am very painful.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are having acute backache since 3 days. Treatment of it is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Vitamin B and C help in recovery. I think you will be Okay within a week. If still pain continue you may need MRI to further investigate the cause.
