Brief Answer:
Get investigated as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
The back pain at this age may be due to disc related or local spine pathology.
Increased pain at rest and improvement with activities suggests joint involvement.
You need to get mri of lumbosacral mri.
Take pain killers with muscle relaxant like aceclofenac or etoricoxib with thiocholchicoside or tizanidine.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
