Question : hi I have got sudden pain today in neck region in the morning . think due to suuden nerve twist. I have applied some spray.IT'S PAINING ALOT.

COULD U HELP ON THIS URGENTLY.

Thanks for posting your query on hcm!
For the pain, you may take tablet IBUPROFEN 400 mg upto thrice a day after food.
Apply a DICLOFENAC gel locally on the affected area. Also, you may go for hot water fomentation.
If you are having difficulty in movements, you may use a cervical collar for a week and give your neck some rest. Lie down on a hard bed only and tryt to keep you spinbe straight.
If all this doesn't help, then you may try physiotherapy after consulting with your orthopaedician.
