Question : on and off pain in front of neck - odd pain - not aching or sharp just a weird pain (right front side)

Hi
As per your description, it could be muscle pain.
I prescribe skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside 4mg twice daily to my patients with similar complaints.
If there is no response, I will ask for Ultrasound neck to rule out any swelling.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
