Brief Answer:
May be from cervical problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

You have not given any detail except for the pain and that MRI brain doesn't show tumor. More details would definitely help.

Pain in neck radiating to forearm is most commonly due to nerve compression in the cervical spine, due to cervical spondylosis or other similar problems. I would recommend Xrays and/or MRI of cervical spine to locate the problem so that appropriate treatment can be initiated.

Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
Yes this could have caused spinal injury

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

Trauma can cause spinal injury and in turn that can cause nerve compression and pain.

MRI of cervical spine can tell this with more certainty.

Regards
