Question : It on the brain stem it has no cancer .What can be done .She has pain from her neck half down her forarme

You have not given any detail except for the pain and that MRI brain doesn't show tumor. More details would definitely help.
Pain in neck radiating to forearm is most commonly due to nerve compression in the cervical spine, due to cervical spondylosis or other similar problems. I would recommend Xrays and/or MRI of cervical spine to locate the problem so that appropriate treatment can be initiated.

we had a car wreck .we were hit in the back of car we were sit still giveing signal and car hit us approxing speed 35 mp .would this cause this turner? this was about 1.5 years ago
