Question: My right thigh has been really painful. Sitting on. Above the back of my knee. Have fibromyalgia , lumbar disc degeneration. Even my buttock hurts.
Feels like I'm sitting on raw bone. Any ideas why and help

I can certainly understand your concern.

As per your clinical description, the possibility of sciatica due to compression of spinal nerves secondary to degenerative spine disease.

It's very important, that you get an MRI scan of the total spine to assess the severity and location of compression if any.

Since you have not responded to all standard doses of analgesics, surgical intervention seems to be a relevant option.

Further management if any is largely based on test results.

Meanwhile, Baclofen can be used for pain relief as directed by your physician.
