Tab.aceclofenac100mg+thiocolchicoside4mg and physiotherapy.

Detailed Answer:
I have had your query.

Your symptoms may be due to many reasons.

You haven't tell me anything about your diabetic status, previously having any fever, trauma.

Patients having diabetes and fever may develop frozen shoulder after some time, that's why I want to know about that.

So, I advise you to get fasting blood sugar levels done and X Ray of affected shoulder in AP view and send me the report.

If your blood sugar level is normal and you don't having history of trauma then this pain may be due to spasm or surrounding muscles or developing arthritic.

So, till your reports came I would treat you with aceclofenac100mg+serratiopeptidase15mg thrice a day. This is a prescription drug. You can discuss about it with our local doctor. This drug is available at every drug shop.

After pain subsides you must do physiotherapy.

Apply hot packs.
