Brief Answer:
MRI cervical spine/25-oh-vitamin D

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being in follow up and providing further details.

If the pain is severe,I would suggest you to get a MRI of cervical spine.
Meanwhile, you should take a short course of non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDS), along with pregabalin/methylcobalamin and calcium. These medicines are likely to improve your symptoms.
Further,it is mandatory to get serum vitamin D(25-oh-vit D) levels done,so that if deficiency is detected,it can be treated.

Hope that helps. If you have any further question,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.PLEASE TAKE MEDICINES UNDER A PHYSICIAN'S GUIDANCE ONLY.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
