Question : I just woke up with some stomach pain, as I passed a bowel movement I got severe pain in my stomach and couldn't even stand up straight at all. I'm still in alot of pain. I did have XXXXXXX chicken for dinner but I've never had this bad of pain from food like that before.

Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this pain that you have reported. This is an acute pain and am pretty sure it is transient that being related to a major pathology or pathological process. I will suggest that you monitor only at this time. Also, take Buscopan to relieve the pains. Should it persist beyond 3hours with no significant regression, get consulted by your doctor.
