Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Throat

sir as i have discused with you my cold and phlegm problem that was not going to finish
due to allergy or some other problem. you suggested me montelukast and fexofenadine that i am taking one tablet each daily at night from last 4 days. i observed reduced symptoms like throat pain in morning and runny nose. but stil i have throat phlegm and ear problem. means i feel slight blockage or itchy ear. that normaly we feel in flue or cold condition. my question is how much time it will take to finish this problem? or i should increase the dose of montelukast and fexofenadine?

If your weight is more than 60 kgs then current dose is appropriate. But if your weight is less than 60 kgs then you should take montelukast 10 mg and fexofenadine 120 mg.

sir i have no discharge , and it feel same in both ears. now i its very decreased . means its same feel when we travel to height at that time we feel some pressure or itching in ears. but now decreased.but in morning i feel slightly. i am taking these medicines that you recomended. but now i feel more sleepy day time and also feel headache. that headach is in my front area like forehead and norse area. is that due to allergy or medicines?

Sir one last question is , last day i was having very much headache that i explained before. Now that pain is very much less , may b its normal or due to less sleep but sir i have now a new pain at the end of left jaw that move to neck, is that due to medicine or allergy? its not permanent pain but some time its comes. like after one hour or two hour. kindly tell me what should i do.?
