Question : I was relaxing laying in bed and all at once I experienced severe pain in upper stomach directly between my rib cages, severe lasted approx. 3 to 5 minutes then went away!

I became weak. dizzy shortness of breath

Angina pain
Myocardial infarction
Gastritis and dyspepsia
Esophagus lesions like reflux esophagitis
Esophagus lesion like some tumor
Hiatus hernia
If the symptoms persists, you require a detailed evaluation in the form of blood counts, ecg, cray chest, and upper gastroendoscopy.
Please do not worry as mostly the cause is a benign lesion like dyspepsia gastritis or esophagitis.
