Brief Answer:
Need to have ultrasound abdomen and antacids

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through.

Based on the history you have shared, it needs to be reviewed by your primary physician with a detailed abdominal examination and may need Ultrasound abdomen to look for gall bladder and pancreas and may need basic blood screens including liver functions as well as amylase. Even the stomach ulcer or acidity may also present like this and can be precipitated by bisphonates or frequent Nsaid analgesics if you have used any in past for osteoporosis.

As far now, using antacids like omeperazole or pantoprazole before meals alongwith motility agents like domperidone may help. If pain is like spasms anti spasmodic like drotaverine can help alongwith OTC analgesics like acetaminophen. The supplements for calcium, bisphonates and ossie mineral complexes can be used once the issue resolves.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
