                                    Brief Answer:
Needs Xray, wrist splint and MRI
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
Thanks for the query.
I suggest you get an Xray to look for fracture or joint subluxation.
Wear a wrist brace for 6 weeks. Apply ice. Avoid lifting weights.
There may be ligament damage also for which you may need an MRI also.
Do upload the Xray for my review.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

                                    Brief Answer:
No significant injury. Mostly early arthritis
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for uploading the Xray.
The Xray does not show any significant injury but there is decreased joint space indicating possible early arthritis.
I would advise you to avoid lifting weights or doing any twisting activity.
Wear a wrist splint. Apply warm packs 3 times a day. Do review after 2 weeks on your progress.
