Question : Im having severe pain in both of my wrist. I noticed that both wrist when bent forward at a downward position that I have a bone that sticks out In the middle of the top side of both wrist. I've been building a playhouse 4 our 5 girls and I'm unable to even use a hammer, not even a little. Please can someone help me figure out why I'm not even able to put any weight on either when I'm trying to get up?
